Reclaiming our Lives as Women and Recovering what has been Lost

Over the last few weeks, I have really been thinking about this idea of reclaiming myself.

Taking back the pieces of my life and self that I feel I have lost. In today’s modern world, women put themselves last…after their businesses, their families, their friends and their to-do list.

We might steal a few moments to ourselves, but we have lost a deeper connection to our feminine and our internal, still, quiet wisdom.

So today Laura and I are exploring what does it mean for women to reclaim themselves and their lives. This is a very important piece for liberation for women because until we reclaim ourselves, we will never be truly free.

It is a deep dive today, but a great conversation.
