This is a six-week coaching container designed to help you regulate stress, reduce mental load, and regain clarity while staying fully engaged in your work and life.
Rather than stepping away from everything, we work with what you’re carrying in real time. We stabilise stress first, so thinking, decision-making, and focus can settle and sharpen naturally, without stepping away from your work or responsibilities.
Over six weeks, support includes:
Three private 1:1 coaching sessions (via Zoom), held every other week, focused on stress, clarity, and decision-making
A curated private podcast with short education, practical micro-practices, and session replays for accessible support between sessions
Through partnerships like FIRE, this support is offered as an accessible, confidential on-ramp for founders who want focused mental health support without long-term commitment.

Therapy is designed to diagnose, treat, and work with mental health conditions, often by exploring history and patterns over time.
This work is focused on present-day stress, mental load, and decision-making. We work with what you are carrying now, how it’s affecting your thinking and capacity, and what helps you stabilise and regain clarity in real time.
There is no diagnosis, treatment plan, or clinical framework. Instead, this is practical, regulation-first support designed to help you think more clearly and make grounded decisions while staying engaged in your work and life.
Is this suitable if I’m not in crisis?
—> Yes. In fact, that’s often when this work is most useful.
Many people I work with are functioning well on the outside. They’re working, leading, and delivering. But internally, things feel crowded, tense, or harder to sustain.
This support is designed for early intervention, not crisis response. It’s for people who want to address stress and mental load before it escalates, and who value clarity, steadiness, and prevention rather than waiting until something breaks.
How confidential is this?
—> Completely confidential.
Sessions are private, one-to-one, and not shared with FIRE or your organisation. FIRE facilitates access to the support, but does not receive session notes, summaries, or updates.
The only information shared is confirmation that sessions have occurred, for administrative purposes.
What happens after the six weeks?
—> At the end of six weeks, we pause.
Some people feel complete and take what they’ve learned forward on their own. Others choose to continue working together in a different format, or step into another support option, such as the Burnout Recovery Roadmap for ongoing self-guided regulation support.
There is no expectation or obligation to continue. This container is designed to stand on its own.
What if I don’t know what I need yet?
—> That’s very common.
You don’t need a clear agenda or problem statement to begin. Part of the work is creating enough internal steadiness to understand what’s actually needed beneath the surface noise.
We start where you are, and let clarity emerge through the process rather than forcing answers upfront.
How does the FIRE program work?
—> Through the FIRE partnership, this support is offered as a confidential, short-term mental health option for founders.
You can book an initial consultation to see if this support feels like the right fit. If you decide to proceed, FIRE covers the six-week container as part of their mental health offering.
Sessions are scheduled directly with me, and all conversations remain private.

I work with founders and leaders who are operating at speed, carrying significant responsibility, and feeling the internal cost of sustained pressure, even when things look fine from the outside.
For over 26 years, I’ve worked across business, leadership, and mental health-informed coaching. My background spans entrepreneurship, corporate work, and long-term support roles with people navigating high-stakes decisions, complexity, and chronic stress.
What brings people to this work is rarely a single problem. It’s the accumulation: constant decision-making, mental load that doesn’t switch off, and a nervous system that’s been running in high gear for too long.
My approach blends science-backed nervous system regulation with practical coaching. We don’t analyse for the sake of it, and we don’t push through exhaustion. We work with what’s happening in real time, so clarity, focus, and steadier decision-making can return without stepping away from your life or business.
I’m a certified trauma-informed coach, which means I work carefully, ethically, and with a strong understanding of stress physiology. This is not therapy, and it’s not crisis support. It is focused, confidential mental health coaching for people who want to address stress early, think more clearly, and operate more sustainably.
