How long does the Roadmap take each day?

—> Each episode is ten minutes or less. The practices are intentionally short so they can fit into busy or stressful seasons. Burnout recovery works best when it’s gentle and consistent, not intense.

Do I need to complete it in 30 days?

—> No. You can move through the Roadmap at your own pace. Many women repeat episodes, pause when needed, or return to practices during challenging weeks.

The toolkit is designed to support you, not pressure you.

That said, the episodes follow a specific sequence that builds regulation, awareness, and capacity step by step. You’ll get the most benefit by listening in order, even if you take longer than 30 days.

I’m in deep burnout. Will this still be doable for me?

—> Yes. The Roadmap is designed for women who are already stretched thin. The practices work with your nervous system rather than pushing you to do more, so even on difficult days you can experience small shifts in regulation and capacity.

Is this a course?

—> No. It’s a private audio toolkit designed to support you in everyday life. There are no modules, worksheets, or assignments to complete. Just short, guided episodes you can listen to wherever you are.

Can I listen on my normal podcast app?

Is this a replacement for therapy or mental health treatment?

—> No. The Burnout Recovery Roadmap is an educational and supportive resource. It is not therapy, counselling, medical care, or mental health treatment, and it does not replace working with a qualified healthcare or mental health professional.

If you’re experiencing significant mental health distress or feel unsafe, this work is best used alongside appropriate professional or emergency support.

What if I don’t feel better right away?

–> That’s completely normal. Burnout recovery is gradual and happens through small, repeated shifts in your system. The Roadmap is not a quick fix. It provides structure, tools, and support for sustainable change over time.

Do I need experience with meditation or nervous system work?

–> No. Each episode is simple and guided, and designed to meet you where you are. You don’t need prior experience, special skills, or a particular level of focus or energy to benefit.

What if I don’t like breathwork or meditation?

—> That’s okay. The Roadmap includes a wide range of practices. Many are sensory, movement-based, or grounding rather than breath-focused or meditative. You’re encouraged to use what feels supportive and skip what doesn’t.

Who is the Roadmap for? Is it only for women?

–> The Burnout Recovery Roadmap is designed primarily for women in business and leadership, because that’s the population I work with most closely. However, the practices themselves are not gender-specific and can support anyone experiencing burnout, chronic stress, or nervous system overload.

The approach is gentle, practical, and adaptable. Many people across different identities and neurotypes find the practices supportive when they’re navigating high demand, pressure, or prolonged stress.

How does the Integration Session work?

–> The Integration Session is a private 60-minute session designed to help the Roadmap land in your real life. The Roadmap provides the education, repetition, and nervous system groundwork. The session adds personalisation, clarity, and practical next steps.

If you choose the Roadmap + Integration Session option, you’ll complete a short intake beforehand so we can focus on what matters most right now. After the session, you’ll receive a written summary and notes, along with one month of focused email support to help with integration.

Email support is designed for brief questions, reflections, and integration support. It’s not ongoing coaching, but a contained way to stay supported as things settle.
