Welcome to women achieving wellness
If you’re a woman in business or leadership craving more ease, energy, and clarity, you’re in the right place. The work here is designed to fit your real life, not add pressure or more to your plate.
You may feel pulled between what your work demands and what your body or energy can maintain.
When you’ve been living that tension for years, it can start to feel like you only have two choices: push harder or fall behind. You’re not doing anything wrong; most of us were never taught how to work in ways that support our nervous system.
It doesn’t have to be either/or. You can experience meaningful success while protecting your wellbeing.
Whether you’re stretched thin, navigating burnout, or simply ready for a healthier way of working, you’ll find practical, science-supported guidance here to help you feel better, work wiser, and move forward with more capacity and confidence.

IN BUSINESS & LEADERSHIP
Feel better, not busier. Coaching and support to regulate stress, restore energy, and build sustainable success without sacrificing your wellbeing.
If you feel pulled between what your work demands and what your energy can maintain, you’re in the right place. Most women were never taught how to work in ways that support their nervous system.
I’m here to help you feel better, work wiser, and move forward with more capacity and confidence.
Do any of these sound familiar?
These are different ways women often arrive here.
Functioning, but Depleted
You’re showing up. You’re meeting responsibilities, making decisions, and holding things together. From the outside, you look capable and composed.
But it’s taking more out of you than it used to. Your energy is thin, your mind rarely settles, and slowing down feels risky rather than restorative.
You’re not falling apart. You’re functioning on depleted reserves.
You’ve been carrying a full workload and a full life for a long time. There’s little margin between what’s required of you and what you have available. Even when you want to rest, your system stays on alert. Your mind keeps scanning for what’s next.
Your body has been sending signals: fatigue that doesn’t lift, tension, headaches, disrupted sleep, or a constant sense of being “on.” But there’s rarely space to listen, let alone respond. Slowing down doesn’t feel safe. It feels like something might slip or fall apart.
So you keep going. Because you have to. And because part of you isn’t sure how to stop without everything unravelling.
You are not weak. You are overloaded.
Support at this stage isn’t about pushing through or fixing yourself. It’s about creating enough steadiness and capacity to think clearly again, to feel grounded in your body, and to decide what you actually need next.
Imagine moving through your days with steadiness and capacity instead of constant pressure.
Over-Giving, Under-Supported
You’re dependable. You notice what needs doing and step in without being asked. Others rely on you because you’re capable, thoughtful, and steady under pressure.
But the balance has shifted. You’re giving more than you’re receiving. You’re holding emotional labour, responsibility, and care that rarely gets acknowledged or shared.
You don’t want to stop being generous. You just don’t want to disappear in the process.
You’ve learned to be the one who keeps things moving. At work, in your family, in your relationships, you anticipate needs, smooth edges, and carry responsibility so others don’t have to. You’re often praised for being generous, capable, and supportive.
Over time, though, this way of operating takes a toll. You find yourself saying yes when you’re already stretched. You hold back your own needs because it feels easier than asking. You tell yourself it’s just a busy season, even as the seasons blur together.
Part of you knows something isn’t sustainable. Another part worries that pulling back would let people down, create conflict, or change how you’re seen. So you keep going, quietly exhausted and often alone with the weight of it.
You don’t need to become harder, more boundaried, or less caring.
You need support that allows you to be generous without self-abandonment.
Having the right kind of support can shift this from the inside out, so care, leadership, and responsibility no longer come at your expense.
Imagine contributing and leading with generosity that doesn’t cost you your wellbeing.
Navigating Unpredictable Capacity
Your energy, focus, or physical capacity isn’t consistent. Some days you feel capable and clear. Other days, your body sets limits you can’t negotiate with.
You may be living with chronic pain, illness, hormonal shifts, fatigue, or nervous system sensitivity. You’re doing your best to keep going in a world that expects steady output.
You don’t need more resilience. You need work and support that can adapt to your body.
You’ve likely learned to work around your body rather than with it. You plan for good days and brace for harder ones. You adjust expectations, reschedule, and quietly absorb the impact when your energy or health shifts unexpectedly.
Most business and leadership models assume consistency. They reward predictability, long hours, and uninterrupted focus. When your body doesn’t cooperate, it’s easy to feel behind, unreliable, or like you’re constantly compensating.
This isn’t a personal failing. It’s a mismatch between how systems are designed and how bodies actually function.
You do not need to be more resilient or disciplined. You need support that honours fluctuation, prioritises regulation, and helps you design work that responds to your body rather than fighting it.
With the right kind of support, it’s possible to create rhythms, boundaries, and decisions that protect your health while still allowing you to contribute meaningfully.
Imagine working in ways that support your body instead of constantly managing against it.

The Truth:
Your business or career can only grow to the capacity of your nervous system
You can force growth for a while, but eventually your body brings you back to the level of energy and capacity your nervous system can hold.
It has nothing to do with your capability, worth, or intelligence. It is simply biology.
When your system is overloaded, things slip, stall, or fall apart. When you learn to regulate your nervous system and expand your capacity, you can grow and sustain success without burnout.
You do not have to push harder. You just need a way of working that honours your real capacity.
My Approach:
You do not need more pressure, more strategies to juggle, or another system you will not have the capacity to maintain. You need support that works with your body, your energy, and the realities of your life.
My approach blends practical coaching, nervous system education, and simple tools that fit into your day.
We focus on building capacity, regulating stress, and creating clarity so you can move through work and life with more ease.
Together, we look at what you are holding, what your body is signalling, and what needs to shift. We create changes that feel realistic and supportive, not overwhelming.
Once you have a stronger foundation, we can design a business or career path that aligns with your wellbeing and your goals.
This work is not about doing more. It is about working in a way that your whole system can sustain.

About me
Meet Sonya Stattmann, Business & Wellness Coach for Women
For more than two decades, I have supported women to grow and succeed in ways that protect their wellbeing and honour how they work best.
My approach blends business strategy, nervous system education, and lived experience from 25 years in entrepreneurship, leadership development, and coaching.
Like many of the women I work with, I spent years pushing myself past my limits in the name of success. Burnout taught me that lasting success comes from alignment, regulation, and a way of working that supports the body, not fights it.
Today, I help women relieve stress, restore their energy, and shape work rhythms that feel spacious and sustainable.
