Monthly support with Sonya Stattmann
For women who are done adapting, apologising, and making themselves smaller, who are ready for something more honest than what they’ve been living.
You are not broken. You are buried. And there is a difference.
You have spent your life adapting, pivoting, and performing, inside the business arena and out, managing your energy and shrinking your instincts to fit into a world that was never built for your wisdom.
You have tried what’s on offer. The coaching. The therapy. The frameworks and the courses. Each one gave you more to do or another version of yourself to become. But no matter what you have tried, it didn’t give you the life you wanted.
My work is a different path, not another layer to add to your to-do list, but a way of operating that leans into who you already are, your instincts, your energy, the parts of you that got buried so you could keep going.
As women, we have been buried under the weight of performance and adaptation, trying to survive, trying to belong. Unburying ourselves doesn’t require another strategy or another layer of self-improvement. It requires the opposite: integration. The careful, sometimes uncomfortable work of letting go of the identities, habits, and performances we used to survive, but no longer need.
Underneath the burden, the real you is still waiting to be released. Not missing. Not damaged. Just buried, under all the weight that accumulated on top.
This work is the release.
A different kind of space.
Here’s what actually happens inside it.
This is not coaching in the conventional sense. There are no to-do lists, no accountability check-ins, no strategies to implement. What I offer is closer to facilitated excavation, a guided path to unburying yourself.
I create a container. A held, private space where you can finally stop managing yourself and start hearing yourself, where the noise of obligation, performance, and other people’s expectations quiets enough that your own truth can surface.
The work moves through five stages: regulation, reconnection, reclaiming, redesigning, and rising, not as a programme to complete, but as a living process you’ll return to more than once, at a deeper level each time.
What you leave each session with is not a list of things to do. It is a clearer sense of what is true for you. And that clarity, built session by session over time, is what changes everything.
What is included
This is sustained, private work with a clear structure and a flexible rhythm. Nothing here is designed to add pressure, everything is designed to support real integration, at a pace your nervous system can actually keep up with.
Weekly 60-minute sessions via Zoom
A private podcast holding your session recordings and, when useful, micro-practices to support you between sessions
Option to move to fortnightly after two months
Investment: $2,000 AUD per month, two-month minimum
What makes this work different?
Decades of experience, and a process built from watching thousands of people move through it.
Regulation First
You can’t stop adapting until your biology is out of survival mode. I start by helping you stabilize your nervous system so you can access what has been buried.
The Right Sequence
The sequence is what accelerates the work instead of circling it, and you need a guide that can clearly see when one process is complete and the next one is ready to unfold.
A Different Toolbox
Most programmes just add more of the same tools, eventually hitting the same barriers. I work with a different set of tools that dissolve barriers and deliver better results.
A Master Facilitator
With more than ten thousand hours of coaching and facilitation, I have held thousands of nervous systems. I can feel the patterns and reflect the truth you have been seeking.
“She doesn’t offer a template or a solution but holds space for one to uncover their own truth. Sonya’s decades of lived business experience and rich internal world create an effective mix of depth and her ability to see people for who they are.”
~ Anna Kochetkova
Hello! I am Sonya
I have ten thousand hours of coaching under my belt and more than two decades of building the retreats, containers, and facilitated spaces that hold this work. I have been honoured to work with thousands of women across every kind of context.
Most people offering coaching or this kind of integration learned it from a classroom or a certification course. I learned what works from spending two decades working with women in real difficulty, then testing and refining a process that is designed for women and the real burden they carry.
I know this terrain from the inside too. The invisibility. The overgiving. The experience of having wisdom that no one credits, and doing the real work while the world looks elsewhere.
I am not here to be your guru or your cheerleader. I am here because I have done this long enough and lived enough of it to hold the full weight of what you are carrying.

Is this coaching, therapy, or something else?
—> It is something else, though it shares qualities with both. I do not diagnose, treat trauma, or offer therapeutic intervention. If deeper therapeutic work is needed, I will say so and refer you accordingly. And this isn’t structured the way conventional coaching is; there’s nothing to implement, nothing to report back on.
What I offer is closer to facilitated excavation, a guided path to letting go of the adapting and performing that got you this far, but is no longer working. This work can sit alongside coaching and therapy. It offers a different entry point and can access different layers.
What actually happens from session to session?
—> The work moves through five stages: regulate, reconnect, reclaim, redesign, and rise, but it isn’t a curriculum you move through in order and finish. Early sessions are usually about regulation, building enough nervous system safety that you can actually feel what’s true. From there, the stages layer and return; you might spend a month in reclamation and find yourself back in regulation the next week because life asked something hard of you.
I follow what’s actually alive in you, not a syllabus.
As you move through the stages, what shifts is felt as much as it is understood. Regulation brings a steadier baseline, less time spent managing yourself, and more capacity just to be in your life.
Reconnection brings clarity, a growing certainty about what is actually true for you, distinct from what you were taught to want.
Reclamation shows up as confidence, not performed, but the kind that comes from knowing your own voice and using it.
Redesign is where it becomes visible outside of you, too: your work, your relationships, your daily rhythm, beginning to reflect who you actually are rather than who you adapted to be.
And rise is not a finish line. It is what it feels like to move through your life already knowing who you are and where you are going.
Do I need to be ready or know what I want to work on before I apply?
—> No to both. The women who find their way to this work rarely feel “ready” in the traditional sense. They are feeling done. Done adapting, done performing, done feeling misaligned in their life and work. If that is where you are, you are ready.
You may know exactly where you want to start, or have no sense of direction at all. Either is fine. Direction tends to emerge from the work itself rather than needing to precede it.
How long do women usually work with you?
—> The minimum commitment is two months, enough time for the work to take root. Most women continue well beyond that, and many return over the years, moving in and out of the container as life shifts and new layers become ready to be worked with. This isn’t a programme you complete. It’s a relationship you can return to.
The pace can shift as things settle, moving from weekly to fortnightly or monthly over time.
Why is there an application?
—> Because fit matters. This is intimate, sustained work, and I hold a small number of women at any one time.
The application is how I understand where you are and what you’re carrying before we speak. It isn’t a test. It’s the beginning of the conversation.
What is the private podcast?
—> It’s where your session recordings live, along with anything else that supports what we’re working through: a regulation practice or a short educational piece that supports your integration and journey.
I add to it as it’s useful, not on a schedule. It isn’t homework, and it isn’t a separate program running alongside our work. It’s a supportive space to hold reminders and practices.
Are payment options available?
—> Yes. If a payment plan would make this more accessible, mention it in your application, and we’ll find an arrangement that works. The investment is $2,000 AUD per month, with weekly payments available to reflect the weekly rhythm of our early work together. All payments are auto-pay and processed before each session.
“To say that Sonya has had a transformational effect on my life would not be an overstatement. Her guidance is always spot on, but more than that, she makes me think really deeply and consider what I truly feel about not just my work, but also myself.”
~ Michel Hudson
Ready to begin?
You have read this far because something here resonated.
That is worth paying attention to.
The application is short. It asks where you are, what you have been carrying, and what you are hoping might shift. There is nothing to prepare and no right or wrong way to answer. After your application is approved, we have a brief conversation to make sure the fit is genuine on both sides. If it is, we begin.
Not ready to apply yet? There are other ways to be in this work.
