This document sets out the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy governing your use of this website, and your purchase or participation in services, programs, and digital products offered by Women Achieving Wellness, trading as Sonya Stattmann.
By accessing this website, purchasing a product, or engaging in any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Certain services, including coaching packages, retreats, or corporate programs, may be governed by a separate written agreement. Where a separate agreement exists, the terms of that agreement will prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
3. Educational Nature of Services
All services, programs, audio toolkits, newsletters, articles, blog content, podcast episodes (public or private), and other content provided by Women Achieving Wellness and Sonya Stattmann are educational and supportive in nature.
They are not therapy, counselling, medical, psychological, legal, or financial services, and are not a substitute for professional advice from appropriately licensed practitioners.
You acknowledge that:
- Sonya Stattmann does not diagnose, treat, or cure mental or physical health conditions
- Content shared via podcasts, newsletters, articles, or other platforms is general in nature and not personalised advice
- You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes
- You agree to seek appropriate professional support where required
4. Coaching Services
Coaching services may be offered as:
- Month-to-month coaching
- Fixed-term coaching packages (including six-week packages)
Coaching services:
- Are not therapy
- Do not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental illness or trauma
- Require active participation and personal responsibility
Coaching clients are required to enter into a separate coaching agreement prior to commencement. Each new coaching engagement requires a new agreement.
5. Corporate & Organisational Services
Corporate services may include workshops, keynotes, training sessions, or facilitated programs.
Corporate engagements:
- Are subject to separate proposals or agreements
- May include specific cancellation, rescheduling, and payment terms
- Are educational in nature and not a substitute for organisational, legal, or medical advice
6. Digital Products & Audio Toolkits
Digital products include audio toolkits, private podcasts, transcripts, and downloadable or streamed educational content.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, personal-use licence to access the content.
You agree that:
- Content is for individual use only
- Sharing, reproducing, distributing, recording, or creating derivative works is not permitted without written permission
- Access may be provided through third-party platforms (such as private podcast services)
We are not responsible for interruptions or limitations caused by third-party platforms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including audio recordings, transcripts, written materials, branding, frameworks, and methodologies, remains the intellectual property of Women Achieving Wellness and Sonya Stattmann.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property.
8. Payments, Refunds & Australian Consumer Law
All prices are displayed in AUD or USD as specified and are payable upfront unless otherwise agreed.
No Refunds for Change of Mind
Except as required under Australian Consumer Law, all sales are final and non-refundable, including:
- Coaching services
- Digital products and audio toolkits
Refunds or remedies are not provided for change of mind, personal preference, or variations outside of the contract.
Australian Consumer Law
Under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or remedy if a service:
- Is not provided with due care and skill
- Is not fit for the agreed purpose
- Is not delivered within a reasonable time
- Does not match the description provided
If you believe a service does not meet these standards, please contact us as soon as possible so the matter can be reviewed.
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
9. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Specific cancellation and rescheduling terms for coaching or corporate services will be outlined in your separate agreement.
For digital products, access is granted immediately upon purchase and cannot be cancelled once delivered.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Women Achieving Wellness and Sonya Stattmann are not liable for indirect or consequential loss
- Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service
Nothing in this clause limits rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
11. Privacy Policy
Women Achieving Wellness is subject to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Collection of Personal Information
We collect personal information reasonably necessary to operate our business and deliver services, including:
