Coaching for stress & burnout starts with the basics

—> How it works:

The foundational program includes 2 (60-90 minute) coaching sessions per month via Zoom or phone; with homework, education & tools between sessions through a customized private podcast. 

We cover four pillars: tools for quick stress relief; identifying and unraveling chronic stress patterns; establishing micro-practices & new habits for resilience; and a re-alignment of your life, work & relationships to fit your new-found freedom.

~ Prerequisites for Success ~

Some experience with coaching, therapy, or self-development – we dive in deep quickly and you need to have the ability to self-reflect

A strong desire to find stress relief & a willingness to change – there is no point in coaching if you don’t have the desire for change

Commitment to 2 hours a week for coaching & homework – I will help you carve out the time but you have to commit to it 

Openness to work with the body & not just the mind – this is the only way to deactivate your stress and have a permanent transformation

You already listen to podcasts or are open to it – the private podcast is an important part of this coaching program and is required to get the results

You are willing to invest in yourself – maybe even for the first time, but you are ready to put your well-being first

I understand burnout & the path to recovery both personally & professionally

I have helped thousands of people find stress relief & build success without burnout, but I also have my own stress-to-success story. I understand on a deep level what it takes to deactivate chronic stress and build resilience. I lived the first half of my life in a constant state of stress. It took me years to crawl my way out of it because I didn’t have the knowledge & tools I will teach you. No matter your circumstances, you can find stress relief…I have done it. 

I started my coaching business 24 years ago, and I’ve had two decades to test my tools with thousands of people worldwide. I have studied psychology, neuroscience, business, leadership, personal development, communication skills, stress management, mindfulness, trauma therapy and so much more.
