Reframing Mental Health with a Feminine Lens

Our mental health has shown itself to be more important than ever this year as we have learned to navigate a global pandemic.

This is a topic that I think desperately deserves more attention, care and redefinition.

In this episode I’m joined by the wonderful Laura Shook Guzman, who is a somatic therapist, my former business partner and the co-host of my other podcast. You’ll be seeing a lot of her here on The Feminine Lens™, so we thought it would be great to start with a core question that we will revisit often: how can we redefine mental health from a feminine lens?

We touch on the unique ways that mental health challenges can impact women in both business and family life, and we also discuss the importance of having these conversations, reducing the stigma and opening dialogues about mental health.
